Andrew is a senior financial executive and registered Investment Banking Representative with the Broker Dealer, StillPoint Capital, LLC, member FINRA and SiPC. He has over thirty years of experience navigating complex financial transactions, including over fifty middle-market M&A transactions representing more than $750 million in value. He brings a blend of financial expertise, transaction experience, and operational skills to every engagement and has partnered with business owners in both institutional and entrepreneurial environments. A savvy dealmaker, Andrew has a knack for thinking several steps ahead, spotting red flags, and avoiding the pitfalls that can otherwise derail business transactions.

Andrew holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSE from Duke University.

Tony Otten

Tony is a seasoned executive with extensive financial, international, restructuring, and M&A experience. He brings many years of C-level experience, having served as CEO, CFO and CRO for companies in both the public and private sector. He currently serves on several boards of both public and private companies. Formerly a partner with Grisanti, Galef & Goldress, a mid-market turn-around firm based in Atlanta, and an independent turnaround advisor, Tony brings particular expertise in working with distressed companies. Tony has also served as an operating partner with a hedge fund focused on value-oriented middle-market investments.

Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government.

Chris is an experienced sell-side investment banking advisor registered with the Broker Dealer, StillPoint Capital, LLC, member FINRA and SiPC. He has years of experience in all aspects of the sales process, including business valuation, buyer identification, due diligence, and deal-term negotiation. Throughout his career, Chris has helped his small business clients transact over $200 million in value. He has worked extensively with both commercial companies and federal government contractors and has developed an expertise in addressing the unique challenges that these sellers face. He prides himself on diving deep into the financial, marketing, and contractual information provided by clients so that he can advise them to reach their desired transaction.

Chris holds a BS in Finance and Management from the University of Virginia and is a FINRA registered representative holding Series 79 (Investment Banking) and Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent) licenses.
